Ashridge Executive Education offers a course on Designing Operating Models. It is the only course of its kind at a major business school in Europe. The course is led by Andrew Campbell working with Mark Lancelott, a senior consultant at PA Consulting and Mikel Gutierrez, Chief Operations Officer for Siemens Gamesa.
Ashridge also offers a four-day course on Advanced Organisation Design.
